The Big Island of Hawaii has many different
climatic zones, each with their own kind of topography and vegetation.
B & J Trucking is capable of clearing any kind of lot from grassy to heavily
wooded. Typically the greater the growth on a lot the greater the
expense to clear it and remove the debris.

- Gravel Hauling

In order to provide for a level
building surface it is often necessary to bring in gravel and other
core-base materials. These kinds of materials are readily available
from companies in Pahoa and Hilo. In addition volcanic cinder (red or
black) is often used for landscaping purposes.

- Tree Clearing
-
In old growth forested areas large
diameter trees can be especially difficult to remove. While some
homeowners wish to preserve as much of the native trees as possible
sometimes large trees must be removed. This is particularly true with
Albizia trees which can be a hazard.
